Why this, why now

Canadian physicians and their teams lose a staggering share of every week to administrative work — faxes to triage, forms to chase, referrals to track, messages to send. That time comes straight out of patient access, and it’s a major driver of burnout. The tooling most clinics run on wasn’t built for this decade’s workload.

What we’re building

Nidl sits over a clinic’s existing systems and takes the operational load: every inbound item lands in one normalized queue, AI classifies it and assembles a work packet with a suggested next step, a human approves, and Nidl follows through — booking, messaging, tracking — until the loop closes. Patients get a clean front door (online booking, secure replies, a patient account they control); staff get their day back.

How we hold ourselves accountable

Operational AI only — no diagnosis, no clinical decisions, and nothing reaches a patient without a human action at the clinic. Canadian data residency. An append-only, hash-chained audit trail under everything. The full posture lives on the security page.
